We manufacture highly efficient Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panels whose main purpose is to control or improve the power factor as the loading pattern of entire network of the industry /establishment changes from time to time. Power factor is an important factor in measurement of electrical usage and a dip in power factor will lead to a penalty from the electricity utility company and also cause operational losses in the industry/establishment. APFC panels automatically sense the change in load pattern through the microprocessor based relay and compensates the change in power factor by connecting to the capacitor banks. The APFC panels are designed as per the client’s specifications and the site demanding requirements which are highly reliable in sustaining the power factor from 0.95 to 0.99 .

We design and manufacture our own Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) Panels, often as part of a comprehensive automatic standby power solution which links ATS, UPS and standby generators with remote monitoring and associated security and safety features. The main purpose of this panel is to activate the standby generators in the event of failure of main grid power supply. The AMF panel thus gets power from the generator thereby supplying power to the loads. When the supply from the main grid is back, the AMF panel switches back from the generator supply to the mains supply, thus shutting down the generator after considerable amount of cooling time. The AMF panel ensures smooth transition from the mains supply to the generator and vice versa. This can be achieved through both automatic mode and manual mode depending upon site requirements. The AMF panel is used at places where critical loads or equipment require power 24X7 or for load transfer purpose.

We design & manufacture highly advanced & efficient Control Desk and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Panels with the latest technology as per our client’s specification. Control Desks are used to control processes remotely in any type of industrial plant/manufacturing unit and they come with the necessary protection devices, switches, push buttons & indicating lights to control the desired processes. PLC panels are similarly used to control processes in any manufacturing/processing unit, but with minimal or zero human intervention in order to prevent any human error in the production. All the PLCs in the PLC Panels are programmed by PLC experts through standard software to reduce production time and wastage in the overall process.

Fire Fighting MCC Panel is a type of MCC panel which usually consist of feeders for hydrant pumps, jockey pumps & sprinkler pumps with diesel engine controller. We design & manufacture high quality Fire Fighting MCC panels as per the customer’s specification. Unlike MCC panels where the motors & pumps require supply all the time, Fire Fighting MCC panels supply and control the pumps only when it is required. Feeders are always designed on the basis of motor pump’s ratings (kW/HP) & the protection that the motor pump requires. We provide Fire Fighting MCC panels with auto/manual/remote provision, so controlling them becomes easy as the situation demands.
